Social Media Manager

A Case for Women is looking for a part time Social Media Manager to help with managing our busy social media channels. Part time/20 hours per week.
What you need to do
-Monitoring ACFW’s social media channels, including responding to comments and messages, hiding comments and blocking users as necessary in a timely manner.
-Forwarding appropriate comments to internal team members (intake, attorneys, etc.) for appropriate questions or actions.
-Careful attention to messaging placed on social media to adhere to ethical regulations.
-Writing and posting regular updates on ACFW’s social media channels, including writing content for ACFW’s Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles and creating or locating images for use on ACFW’s Instagram account.
-Carefully monitoring followers and mentions for appropriate responses and possible special attention, such as by an attorney, attorney client and significant influencer or organization.
-Compiling a list of key influencers and others ACFW should be interacting with on social media and interacting with said influencers when appropriate.
-Monthly reporting on popular posts, key audience metrics, etc.
-Careful analysis of reports and application of findings to future social media campaigns
-Closely monitor trending topics on social media and intersect with ACFW when appropriate
-Coordinate with team for consistency on branding and current objectives
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose new strategies or ideas for ACFW’s social media presence to stay current.
-Additional social media-related responsibilities as needed.
