LEAD MARKETER ( Contract ) | About the Position
As our Lead of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for:
Social Media: curate content calendar for a variety of clients, create graphics and copy, provide engagement, use tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, Canva and Hootsuite to manage client accounts.
Promotions: develop and execute promotional campaigns for holidays, social impact, and WOW engagement
Email Marketing: Drive sales through both standard email blasts and targeted, automated, trigger-based email content funnels, knowledge of email database compliance, A/B split testing, copywriting, graphics, and compelling campaign execution
Display and PPC Advertising: assist or manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Adwords, LinkedIn, and Instagram, as well as newer platforms, and retargeting
Website Management: knowledge optimizing web pages, WordPress, HTML, and landing pages, bonus if you know Squarespace and Wix and WordPress
Search Engine Optimization: Keyword Research, optimization, SEO audit, understanding of what encompasses both the technical and creative elements required to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase awareness of search engines.
Project Management: Develop strategies and marketing outlets on a weekly and monthly basis for clients, monitor analytics, reporting, and project status
Admin: call on clients, prospects and new business opportunities and assist in the general distribution of information, communication, provide support to our marketing team at live and online events, light travel for trade shows, company events, conferences, and company retreats
What you need to do
Should be confident to curate the entire marketing funnel. You will work directly with our Senior Lead Marketer and work closely with vendors and other resources that keep the wheels turning.

This is a generalist role, so we expect you to have in-depth knowledge in at least 2 of the 4 responsibilities listed above and a hungry appetite to learn the rest.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the scope of e-commerce (i.e., a website with a customer funnel)
Understanding of fundamental marketing tools (GA, Facebook for Business, Canva / Photoshop, etc.)
Creative copywriting and general artistic creativity & metrics analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, or Psychology/Consumer Behavior preferred.
